Using the AirShare U-Trax Drone Transmitter, you’ll be able to see where you are flying, as well as get alerts about nearby UAVs and aircraft to ensure everyone is aware and safe.

Realtime Drone / UAV Flight Tracking
Flight tracking is achieved via the use of a transmitting device that is retro-fitted to UAVs that transmits vital flight telemetry independent of the platform over the mobile network.

Airspace Alerts and Notifications
Paired with the AirShare Mobile Application operators will be able to view and receive airspace notifications and urgent alerts issued by AirShare or nearby Air Traffic Control Towers.

Post Flight Analytics
Our analytics suite available online and via the mobile application will allow operators or fleet managers to access full independent telemetry data of flights made with the transmitter installed.

Locate Lost Drone / UAV
As well as several other key metrics the drone transmitter is reporting back to our server in near-realtime the current latitude and longitude of the drone. At any point, the operator loses contact with the drone via conventional means the current location of the drone can be retrieved from our system and overlaid with Google Maps.

The Drone transmitter device is entirely independent of your drone hardware. It requires no wiring and is simply attached to the drone via strap or velcro, it contains an internal battery and communicates securely back to our server via an inbuilt cellular modem.

Hardware Specifications
The transmitter is a standalone 58g, self-powered device that is capable of reporting position (latitude, longitude), height above take-off point, distance travelled, current speed, number of GPS satellites locked, pitch, yaw and roll of the UAV along with 3-axis accelerations.

Supported networks are the 2G/3G/4G LTE with provision for extensibility to 5G once it becomes widely available.

An on-board mobile chip enables a communication link via a 256-bit encrypted link via https to AirShare.
